In an age of unprecedented connectivity, many are beginning to question what we sacrifice for speed. One of the most pressing concerns among health-conscious individuals, biohackers, and longevity-focused professionals is the cumulative effect of electromagnetic radiation on the human body—particularly from high-frequency 5G signals.
Unlike 4G and earlier generations, 5G operates on much higher frequencies and introduces denser, beam-focused transmissions. These signals penetrate the body differently and more frequently due to the constant handshake between phone and tower. While long-term studies on 5G exposure are still emerging, many independent researchers and physicians have expressed concern about potential links to oxidative stress, immune system disruption, and nervous system sensitivity.
For those looking to preserve long-term health and minimize unnecessary biological stressors, turning off 5G on your smartphone is a practical step. Thankfully, disabling 5G doesn’t mean compromising performance. In real-world use—browsing, streaming, messaging, and calling—4G LTE remains more than sufficient, often offering more stable and battery-efficient connectivity.
Unfortunately, newer Android models like the Samsung S25 have removed easy access to disable 5G from the standard settings menu. But the method below circumvents that limitation and gives you full control of your device's network connection.
Step 1: Install Activity Launcher
Download “Activity Launcher” from the Google Play Store.
Open it and allow it to scan your phone’s internal activities. It will take a few moments on the loading screen.
Step 2: Find the Hidden Settings
In the search bar, type: RadioInfo
Select the item named com.android.phone.settings.RadioInfo
Step 3: Choose Your Preferred Network
At the top, select the correct SIM if you're using dual SIMs.
Scroll down to the option “Set Preferred Network Type.”
Choose any of them that start with LTE and include WCDMA—these settings do not enable 5G. I have used the first and last one in the screenshot below with excellent calling, video calling, and mobile data connectivity.
Avoid any selection that includes “NR” (New Radio), as this denotes 5G networks.
Step 4: Close the App
Your new settings will apply immediately. You can now use your phone without engaging with 5G frequencies.
Electromagnetic fields (EMFs), especially at high frequencies like those used by 5G, are biologically active. While mainstream discussions often downplay these risks, many in the functional medicine and holistic health communities are increasingly advising patients to reduce unnecessary EMF exposure—particularly in the home, workplace, and personal devices.
Long-term exposure may be linked to:
Increased oxidative stress and inflammation
Cellular aging acceleration
Impaired sleep quality due to melatonin disruption
Potential neurological and immune system impacts
Disabling 5G is a proactive choice in alignment with the principles of health sovereignty: minimizing invisible stressors that do not serve the body’s natural design.
In a world where health optimization is becoming more individualized and proactive, small steps like turning off 5G are low-effort, high-impact. You don't need to wait for policy changes or more studies. You can act now, simply and effectively.
Whether you're optimizing for peak performance, long-term vitality, or simply peace of mind—removing 5G from your daily exposure is a practical and powerful move toward a safer, more intentional lifestyle.

Neurospora sitophila is a red/orange mold that can colonize the body, particularly the sinuses and brain, leading to chronic inflammation, neurological symptoms, and respiratory distress. Removing it requires a comprehensive natural approach that includes antifungal treatments, sinus cleansing, detoxification, immune support, and environmental control.

Success isn't a product of willpower and ambition alone—it requires a strong foundation of physical and mental well-being. Yet, many high achievers only begin prioritizing their health after encountering burnout, cognitive decline, or unexplained fatigue. The good news? Health deterioration is often preventable, and brain function can be optimized with the right strategies.

While ambition, talent, and discipline are essential components of success, they can only go so far when the body and brain are under attack. Numerous health assaults, often unnoticed or underestimated, silently chip away at the potential of even the most driven individuals. These assaults don't just cause occasional fatigue or brain fog—they can derail entire careers, diminish creative capacity, and leave otherwise capable people struggling to perform at their peak. Understanding these hidden health disruptors is crucial for anyone seeking long-term success.
